My service was a bad experience. Apparently, someone rummaged through my middle console and broke it. My a/c vent slider was also broken. Why was anyone inside my console? Why did someone feel the need to adjust the air temperature in my vehicle? Who will be paying for the repairs? I am highly disappointed.
