    Tried to sell me a 2 filters that was over priced. Plus going to charge me to put them in. I went to advanced auto and got both filters for 30.00 and yall wanted $70.00 for one and 60 for the other and 40.00 to install. I a 69 year old woman installed both myself. Trying to tip a senior citizen off, but my dad was a mechanic. Shame on you!

    Got an oil change. There was a recall on a fuel system. They didn’t do the recall. They left the part for the recall in the vehicle. I will schedule a time to drop vehicle off to get them to perform recall at another date

    That was the worst experience I have ever dealt with at a dealership. The guy was very rude, telling me that he couldn’t program my computer in my car and I told him I have elderly parents riding with me. I cannot risk for the car to stop on me in the middle of nowhere. Tell me nothing he can do until I talk to the warranty lady and I get to Chicago and I have the same problem. did they Lesley post to fix?

    I brought my car in 2 1/2 years ago. It was still under the factory warranty. I needed a transmission. I got a brand new transmission and 2 1/2 years later the transmission went out. I took my truck back to them. They’ve had my truck almost 2 months because they said that the first transmission They had to break it down because that’s the process breaking the truck down and then getting approval from General motors which I think is trash and garbage. This is a brand new transmission why am I here in the first place I think general motors need to look into those transmissions for the Chevy traverse my truck is a 2017. There is no way I got a brand new transmission and I’m already having problems with that so it’s something going on with the transmission. I was a Chevy lover my very first car was a Chevy Chevetteand I just can’t believe the Chevy has lost this value. I’m actually looking at other types of vehicle for my next purchase I can’t do Chevy anymore.
